it is a political issue. Those who are excluded from digital technology are also excluded from society. This is why DigitAll is committed to influencing 

public policies: so that digital inclusion does not remain a pious wish, but is fully integrated into policies, budgets and decisions. In September, we will present our white paper: a precise and well-argued document that translates our vision into concrete recommendations for policymakers. We will also delve deeper into the central theme of our program this year: the inseparable link between cybersecurity and digital inclusion. Because 

an inclusive digital society only makes sense if it is also secure.
