DigitAll Learning Lunch | Discover the new version of the DigitAll Inclusion Scan

DigitAll Learning Lunch

Europe/Brussels
Add to calendar:

Most organisations designing digital products and services want to be inclusive. The harder question is: how do you actually know whether you are? Good intentions don't show up in a user journey. Neither does legal compliance alone. What you need is a structured way to assess where your product stands, and a clear path to making it better.

That's exactly what the DigitAll Inclusion Scan was built for. Developed by DigitAll, it helps organisations assess how inclusive their websites, apps, and digital tools really are, across seven criteria that cover everything from trust and clear language to user journey design and accessibility. And now, it's smarter than ever.

The DigitAll Inclusion Scan has been updated: where you previously had to complete all seven criteria to receive any output, you can now work criterion by criterion, getting a tailored report and concrete recommendations for each one, at your own pace and focused on what matters most to you right now. In this webinar, we walk you through what the Index measures, what's changed, and how to put it to work in your organisation, live, together.

The 7 criteria – Trust: Data & Privacy, Accessibility, Interoperability & Compatibility, Continuous User Involvement, Clear language, Transparency, User Journey

What you can expect:

  • Discover what's new: The DigitAll Inclusion Scan has been meaningfully updated. You can now complete it criterion by criterion and receive a focused report and recommendations for each one, no need to do everything at once. We'll show you exactly how that works.
  • A tool you can use tomorrow: This isn't a theoretical framework. The DigitAll Inclusion Scan is a practical assessment you can start using the moment the webinar ends, whether you're a product designer, marketer, policy officer, or digital strategist.
  • Actionable output, not just a score: For each criterion you complete, you receive concrete recommendations tailored to your situation. Not a generic checklist, actual directions for improvement you can act on.
  • Learn from the ecosystem: Space for Q&A and exchange with peers who are working on the same challenge: how do you design digital products that genuinely work for everyone?
