For over 20 years, the Baromètre de maturité numérique des citoyens has presented, every two years, digital indicators related to equipment, usage, citizens' assessment of their digital skills, and citizens' perceptions of digital technology. These indicators help define the digital maturity of Walloon citizens, at the dawn of the artificial intelligence era. They also inform policy discussions on digital inclusion.
